These testimonials also help the clients prod on until they themselves achieve weight loss success. Star is more interested in letting people know how she manages to keep the weight off. This she does through hard work. Star does Pilates and exercises in a private facility with a private instructor. She has also learned to eat more sensibly.
These stories show that losing weight needs dedication and the people who succeed are those who make lifestyle changes and do not go for quick schemes to lose weight.
